Tonight in Axel City, the annual wonder car race takes place. All the cars are looking forward to the race, but as usual, the unexpected happens. The town crook and con man Crusher has started pranking again. He has encased Zag and Daredevil in a bubble trap. Now these miracle machines can not participate in the race until they are rescued.
